Many locations have been slacking so much. Bad coffee, not filling cups, less espresso etc. NOT this location! My latte was so delicious this morning, I finished it within 15 minutes!

Don't go to this location u get ripped off and lied too....lady told me my iced coffee was 4.68 after 2pm wen there supposed to be 2 dollars...I go to crestwood location all the time for same exact coffee and pay 2 dollars....scams...

Very rude employees. Drink was made wrong. Told I would have to wait 6 min for machine to be cleaned. Asked for refund. Said no manager on site to issue refund and I would have to request refund through app. Asked to be shown how as I could find nothing that said request refund. She walked away and refused to come back or give me the other items I ordered.

Second time going where they have not a single donut or munchkin. Im a regular at this dunkin and its disappointing that not enough donuts are available during holidays. Please order more donuts!!!

I come here every day and depending on the time, it is always different. If you want a consistent cup of coffee go in the morning. Speed is efficient and the coffee is always great!

I have occasionally gone to this specific Dunkin and I am frequently disappointed. I have a simple order . A small chocolate shake and they never deliver. They are ALWAYS out of chocolate ice cream. Then today to make it worse i was told after I paid that they did not have chocolate ice cream and that i was not able to get a refund. So I had to go home with something else that I really didn’t want. So i’m left very very disappointed and encouraged to go somewhere else because I am always dissatisfied with this location. :(
