Hello! I went into firehouse to pickup an order and the 7am shift staff were so positive and friendly! I cant appreciate customer service more I am going to recommend fire house to everyone I know!

Called in an order during overnight stay at hospital, ready right as I walked in! It made my girls day when she bit into that crispy hot juicy meatball sub after being not being able to eat for her operation. Thanks for doing a great job.

Yay! I just found out Firehouse has gluten free buns! Now I can eat all their wonderful sandwiches! Had an Engineer today. Sure, GF bread isn't near as good as the real thing, but I'll take what I can get. It's always good to see more GF options.

Ordered on the app and within minutes of placing order got a call that they were out of meat balls. Since we had ordered three of them, it was an issue. We ordered substitutes and they took care of us. We go to Firehouse at least every two weeks and very seldom have a complaint.

This restaurant is located in the Publix shopping Plaza on South Ferdon St. and is open from 10am to 5pm. The restaurant is clean, the food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and professional.

Always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. Consistently good food and good service. They even helped me out once by selling me a side of grilled chicken when my girl's $18.00 salad from a fancy sit-down place came without the chicken.
