Chicken was rock hard wasn’t edible at all then went to eat my coleslaw and they had a bread clip inside almost choked on it when trying to eat . I decided to call and let the company know what I had found the female was extremely rude and didn’t want to put a manager on the phone kept repeating she was like one so we can talk to her. After I had paid I was handed drinks with no ice inside the cups asked where the ice was and they told me there ice machine wasn’t working. The female on the phone was so rude had horrible customer service and said to me what would you like me to do about it .

Ordered pickup and was falsely instructed to pick up inside even though the lobby has been closed for the last 2 years. 11:50a-1:20p was spent trying to get through a four person line, because the order box was broken. "Chicken" was so overcooked the meat was gone, it was just mummified skin incased in cement breading, the first bite cut the top of my mouth open. 2 weeks later Im still healing, cant taste anything right, and wake up with blood in my mouth every morning. NEVER AGAIN.

Went through drive thru, the speaker hasn't worked in a year in that time which is laughable. This place needs new owners I don't know if it's franchise or corporate either way absolutely not up to standards 😅 we only got a 8pc and 2 sides also fries for my son the Mac and cheese was cold and we got a quarter of a container full, they left the fries out of the bag. I didn't care to go back but wanted to call and say if you don't have enough of something to give then tell the customer that but I guess they refuse to answer their phone at this location. To the employees there if they see this I encourage you to find a place that values your time better so your work performance doesn't slack due to not Even being content where you're at. Went at 8:30 pm and the lobby was closed. Sign on the door says they're open until 9pm. Had to go through drive through. Speaker dont work, had to pull up to window to order. Window open but nobody acknowledged i was there until i hollered inside asking if someone was there. After a few minutes a lady poked her head around the corner saying she would be right with me. I wanted a 5 piece meal, they have none. 4 piece wont work so I had to get an 8 piece meal. Comes with 2 larges sides (I only needed small but had to pay the extra) they have no mac & cheese (I was told it would take 30 minutes if I wanted to wait). I ended up having to pay $26.75 for this and when i said wow, the lady told me "look i dont make the prices" I said "I know you dont but that's really expensive". Honestly, it's no wonder this is a dieing chain, and it's sad because KFC has really good chicken. They have just become super expensive for chicken meals (you could go have a steak dinner for that price and have a lot better service) and the people who work there act like you're a bother to them and would rather you go somewhere else (tell that to 2 kids who's heart was set on KFC).

Be prepared to wait at least a half hour in the drive thru with the order box broken. I knew that from past experience so I ordered pickup online instead last time and still waited 20 minutes over my order "pickup time" because they had forgotten to start my order... and THEN it was the wrong food almost laughable. This place clearly needs help badly or at least to fix the drive thru box; it's not worth it to keep trying unless you have nowhere to be and no problem waiting.

Came in about 1pm. Not busy at all. Drive thru had 1 or 2 customers. I don't think the word has really gotten out that KFC has reopened. Probably a good thing since there are a few things they need to work on. I will say though that they are only a minor inconvenience. They just remodeled inside and out. So everything is new and shiny. My food was delicious. Just the way its suppose to! I ordered a #6. Which is 2 thighs and a leg. 2 sides, which I picked slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy.. yum. And a lemonade. One of my complaints is here. They currently don't have a working ice machine. My suggestion, go to the store and buy some big bags or have them delivered. As for staff, the guys are great! Very friendly and do their best to get your food out in a timely manner. Next time I go, which will probably soon because I've missed KFC, I'll take pictures! Give these guys a try and be patient. I give this visit a 5 star rating. Hopefully next time they'll have things completed, like the parking lot, drive thru speaker and ice machine!
