Panera Bread

I liked this location but my last 3 orders have not been good. New staff is poorly trained and moves extremely slow. The amount of errors on my orders have increased. The iced coffee used to be good now its just watery and gross. Today my salad was bad. I ended up having to throw out half of it because fully rotten pieces spoiled the taste. Very dissatisfied! I tried to call and notify a manager about the rotten lettuce so no one gets sick but no one answers the phone and there's no contact email for this location. Truly disappointed. I'm done with this location!

I am visiting from out of town and placed an order through the app for delivery. There was an issue with my order, but a quick phone call to Panera resolved it quickly and with ease. The supervisor I spoke to was apologetic, explained my options, and quick to help me. Great customer service and, as always, the food at Panera was tasty too :)

Very disappointed with Rapid pickup. I am curious how this would have worked had I done curbside. I know it’s hard to see the receipt but we ordered 2 bagels one Everything and on Asiago toasted with cream cheese a regular sized plum hibiscus ice tea and a 20oz ice coffee with extra half and half and 4 liquid cane sugars. Receive text that order was ready. Yet when I went to the counter tea was not done and coffee was not made properly. Spoke to someone and they said they don’t do the tea’s anymore. It’s self serve not sure how that falls into rapid pickup. Also paid for a large coffee and got a regular size one obviously not made properly. Wasted plenty of my time at 7:45 AM.

the food is always good HOWEVER, multiple times our office orders here for lunch and they ALWAYS forget an item , when we call about it they say they didn't forget anything and "they remember the order" they have attitude about something they forgot and we are forced to go pick it up . They never apologize and they're always defensive as if we want to leave our office to go pick up something they forgot to put in the bag / send for delivery sometimes our office is busy and every time at least one of us looses out.
