The only reason I’m doing a two star rating, we’ve always had good pizza there but tonight we walked in and the employees weren’t wearing gloves when preparing the pizza’s which since I work in the food industry is heavily concerning to me.... one came to the register to deal with my mom and I and just went back to the dough, didn’t even wash their hands- I can’t explain how much that made my skin crawl. Keeping your hands clean while working in a kitchen of any kind is essential to a clean and healthy work environment and ensures the limitation of food borne illnesses. Please, please, please wash your hands and wear gloves when handling food products and wash your hands every time you change up your task. Even if it takes that extra minute it’s just so much safer not to mention a lot more sanitary... On another note they allowed a gentleman in and he wasn’t even wearing a mask. In times like now it’s pretty important to do so. Even if it annoys people keep yourself and others safe make sure people are wearing their masks properly and sanitizing their hands when they come into your establishment please.
