We like shopping at the Bay, if you watch for the sales, get on their e-mail list you can get some real deals on Brand name merchandise. Variety varies from store to store, customer service is first rate. The staff is very helpful, and courteous. We really don't have anything bad to say about shopping at the Bay. And if you get the Bay points card, you can get even more discounts on sale items, you accumulate real money that you can spend on more of the stuff that you want. Like shoes, runners, jeans, winter coats at steep discounts. I get a brand new winter coat EVERY year! Not some cheapo Wal-Mart parka, real brand name Parkas like Tommy Hilfiger, Jack and Jones etc., all at less than 1/2 price. If you like what you see at The Bay, you need to be a smart shopper that gets alerts and watches for the deals. I hope this review helps.

Got duped by their drive through! I saw that there were 2 cars in the line, and I thought to myself, “how long could that be”…..well, it turned out that being the third car in line, i waited for about fifteen minutes….probably it was the longest wait I had experienced being the third vehicle….otherwise the iced coffee was tasty and exactly as ordered…
