Subway

Slow service despite 3 people on the line. I had to ask the lady to change gloves as her were dirty with other sauces and meats, seeing as i was getting a veggie delight she should have known to change gloves. The other ladies were touching hair and clothes with their gloves then touching the food which is GROSS. They were very rude and did my sand which completely first, then my partners which meant mine sat on the side to get soggy The sandwiches were so disappointing, a pinch of cheese on a foot long, and barely any sauce, They just don’t care. So disappointing

Terrible service staff not interested, very poor customer service, using mobile behind counter, asked for fresh lettuce as it was brown and old looking, brought out new tub and looked the same. The knife's used to cut the sandwich were in water that looks like it has not been changed all day or even longer and it was sickening (see picture) will not be going back to the store and definitely not recommending the store to other

Thank you Subway, Cranbourne North for my Sub-par sandwich. We paid extra for pineapple and got 2 sad, lonely little pieces, one on each side of the footlong. This is really disappointing, because the pineapple is supposed to be the best part. We asked for spinach, instead of lettuce and got barely anything. We asked for aioli and sweet chilly, but got the saddest squirt of mayonnaise on each side. It was a dry and sad little sandwich. People, if you choose to buy food from this Subway, please check your sandwich BEFORE you leave the restaurant. The staff don’t seem to take much pride in their work.

Very slow service and unpolite indian staff! Plus not higenic at all. Lady who served me was not wearing a mask and they were talking while they prepping the food.Good luck for uber customers, coz would not recommend if you are not watching what they are doing. It is like they don't want to run the place at all. Would be better if the management consider hiring new, energetic and polite staff for this joint as I think this joint is located in a perfect spot.

Haven't even left the shop yet writing this review but terrible service, wasn't even listening to my order several times had to repeat myself, no sense of personality on one of the girls, spoke in their own language in front if customers, no hygiene practices constantly touching everything with the same gloves, no communication and plain rude when asking other customers to wait a moment as they finish up something..... i will take the extra few mins to drive to Casey Central rather than visit this one ever again.... oh p.s if you order subway from door dash dont especially when it comes from this store

Food was ok...not outstanding but not bad...they forgot to toast one of the subs. Honestly the outside of the store needs a good pressure wash and maybe a few new signs put up (get rid of the faded ones you printed from your computer). If they look at it from a customers perspective, they would hopefully clean it up. Just a bit grubby
