Taco Bell

The food is always for the most part cold, I order something specific everything because me and my kids are picky so it should not be cold. The service is never good. Never ever get a receipt. Seriously had to walk back inside to get one. Inside was closed far longer than it should have been for covid. The later you go the worse it is. I keep having faith that this will change, and keep going because my kids like the food. Taco Bell has always been my favorite place to eat until this one. I don't even crave taco bell anymore because of all the bad experiences I've had here

This was my first time visiting this location, but I've been to many others. My group of three arrive at the off-peak hour of 1:30 on a Sunday to dine in. There is one other customer inside and a couple cars in drive-thru. The first thing we notice upon entering is one of the two kiosks do not work. The second thing we notice is there is no hot or fire sauce. We place our orders at the kiosk as the two employees working have no interest in coming to the counter (busy with drive thru orders). Side note: this is the first time I have ever been to a taco bell with less than 4 employees. I go to wash my hands in the restroom before eating. I notice they feel weird and aren't clean. I wash them again, same result. Turns out there is hand sanitizer in the soap dispenser. I check the hand sanitizer dispenser to see if they got mixed up. Nope, that's hand sanitizer too. I go back out to retrieve my order. The employee does not give me the cup for the drink I ordered, so I ask for it. The employee then walks to the door, locks it, and tells us it's "take out only" today. I can only assume this is because they are too lazy and/or busy to worry about possibly cleaning any tables at any point during the day, even though they voluntarily unlocked the doors before we arrived. The 2nd person in my group gets their order and also has to ask for a drink. Same thing with 3rd person. During this time multiple people try to enter the restaurant because there is no sign informing they cannot enter, and we, customers, are inside. These people are confused and standing at the door thinking it is malfunctioning. Then, the same employee who locked the door earlier emerges from behind the counter, walks near the door and looks at the people trying to get in, and shakes his head "no". Even after all that, this could have been a two star review, however, a cheesy gordita crunch, which costs $4.30, was a cheesy soft taco crunch, as they used a soft taco shell on the outside. I added onions to one of my burritos and they missed that. I will also add that at no time were there more than 3 cars in the drive thru line while I was there.

Pretty good Taco Bell. I do enjoy the food! I have been disappointed on a few occasions by the lack of consistency on portions. But, that said, I am also understanding of the tough employee market and associated training difficulties. They seem to always have a hiring sign out. I really enjoy the freezes, those are consistently good. If you like Taco Bell, you will enjoy this one but may notice the inconsistency I mention. Still, a yummy place and glad Covington has one!

I showed up when the store opened at 10. Placed my order, and was asked to pull around. 15 minutes later, the only employee there came out to tell me she hadn't turned the fryer on and had to wait for it to heat up. 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting on my food. So I just left without it. This was 100% the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and will absolutely not be back to this location.

So i want go make it awhete that employee of Covington taco bell is tellinv people not to come there. She also rude with the customers and when I have gone they always messing up the orders and it never clean in there. They always playing around and not do in there jobs. The ine employee like to take slefys in the bathroom.
