Great experience here the other week, good hot food and good service. The young lady up front at the register went above and beyond to help my friend and I. So good I suggested we give her a tip, which she took back in to her. I know this is frowned upon but sometimes it happens like it or not. I also called the store recently looking for some of the last Happy Meal toys as most restaurants around the area are sold out. James went above and beyond to check the incoming stock and have me call back when the truck delivery was finished. Very helpful and thank you James if you happen to see this. He also told me to call or check back in coming days as more may be coming. Overall 2 great experiences in two totally different scenarios. I applaud them. I have been treated rudely so many times when calling locations to check if a particular toy is in stock or what toys are current. That did not happen to me here in Covington. Thanks!

I was served by the assistant manager (Chandra) and she is wonderful! She is so friendly and always on a great mood. A Customer came to her with a issue with thier order while I was waiting for my food nd how she handled it impressed me they left completely satisfied. A young man took my order the other day and I was having issues with the app. He knew exactly which coupon i was trying to use and understood they were having issues and applied it. That was excellent customer service
