Great service. Great food.. Allowed us to bring our own cake.. Kinda busy to and food came rather fast, no complaints from me.. Waitress was professional. Got our orders, right delivered food to right people. Took our party of 7 without reservations. Actually had a great time..

I was very disappointed with this place we ordered a dish that comes with bread and they didn't give the bread and didn't even apologize or say anything.... until we asked. Even then just said we are out of bread.... didn't offer any replacement. Then the sweet tea didn't have any syrup, when asked , they didn't even apologize just insisted that they put syrup. So we said please taste it..... then they offered to take the tea off the check. Very very disappointing !! 😞

Was here a few years ago, and had good service then.
Came back last week and was blown away.
The food was excellent, as expected, but the customer service was the best I've had at a name brand restaurant in the last 15 years.
Can't wait to go back!

The food gave me food poisoning. Our handsome waiter Reese Paladin was amazing though, beautiful person even better service. If not for the stomach pains it would have been a 10/10 experience

Definitely has changed. Food has gone downhill. Asked for garlic chicken and we were given fried chicken nuggets with parm cheese sprinkled on it. Had to keep repeating requests to waiter because he kept forgetting. We used to dine every Sun, then down to 1 Sun a month, now we are finding another restaurant

It's okay. The prices are starting to go up due to Biden. So, way to go left wing voters. Other than the pricing, I find it weird that I was told I would have to wait for 35 minutes for a booth, but could be seated at the bar instantly for a mostly empty restaurant. Not sure who they're trying to kid with the whole "were super busy, so you'll have to wait" scheme.

When I was a restaurant owner I went to a conference and this famous chef said the most consistent thing about Applebee's is how inconsistent they are. As mentioned below there are items that come with a meal that sometimes you don't get with your meal. We typically eat here about once a week.

Jacob was an excellent server during a very busy Friday evening! Our meals were served promptly, hot, and delicious.
