Taco Time Nw

Natural soft tacos were good, but there was barely any cheese at all. Almost a sprinkle of cheese on one half. Nothing on the other half. My wife went to mention it to the cashier. He actually shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. Shows a lack of training and customer service. Most places would say, "let me remake that for you. Sorry for the mistake". Not here! Will not be back to this location

Feb 27th, 2022 2:30-3:00 Other fast food joints should send their employees here to learn how to properly run a place. Nearly every kid here seems to be on board, and helping do their job. The food is great, but I'm always more impressed when I see young people working with ethnic. We'll definitely be coming back.

With only take out available at this unit, we found after driving away that our order was not complete, causing us to go back thru take out a 2nd time to get the rest of our order! This, after paying way too much money for such poor service! We will not come here again! Check your order before driving away!

Every time we come here, we've had a good experience. It does seem to be a little on the spendy side for fast food, but I'll happily pay a little more for decent service. The people here have always been professional and even personable. Back when COVID did not have the in-house dining closed, the inside was always clean, and we even had one of the employees offer to clear away our empty containers once after we had finished, but before we actually got up to leave. Also, the ingredients seem like they are definitely fresher than typical fast food.

This is definitely the best Taco Time, and probably one of the best fast food places in general that I've ever been to. I probably come here about a couple times a month- whenever I'm craving a taco salad! My order is always correct, and the drive thru is super speedy. They even have dog treats when I bring my little one! (Through the drive thru that is. People, please do not bring your dog into places with food unless they're an ACTUAL service dog!)

I came here a month ago as it was my very first experience. I was so distraught by the lack of customer service, long waiting time, and unfriendly staff, that after having forgotten to write a review and it being a whole month, that as soon as I drove by this very place, I exactly remembered my experience. Compelling me to stop my car, pull to the side, and write this review I had originally forgotten to do. I ordered 3 soft & 3 hard tacos; the waiting time to order, pay, and receive the food took over 20 minutes, NOT EVEN JOKING. The gentleman at the window was also talking to his co-workers as I waited there for 10 minutes just to pay for it. It took them abother additional 10 minutes just to give me the food, and when I got home they were all cold, as if they were sitting there for hours. I had to reheat them in the microwave, out of my whole lifetime, I've never been to any establishment which serves food (and that I PAY FOR) just to receive it cold and having to reheat it. WORST EXPERIENCE, EVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I don't even want my money back, that's how much I don't want to come back, absolutely unacceptable. Hope this corrected for the future, do better!
