Still a reasonably good value, although with frequent price increases over the past year and a half, the value incentive is slipping away.
Still hoping for a return to acceptable customer service.
It's terribly frustrating to see cars in the drive-thru, who arrive minutes AFTER you've placed your order, receive their food before you.
It is clear that mobile orders are the lowest priority, followed by kiosk orders and front counter orders (if you can get the attention of someone to take your order). Casual observation sees 4-6 drive-thru orders filled for each dining room picked up order.
I'm still hopeful that the Vineyard Management stores can recapture the level of customer service of years past...

I have been here for the first time to have breakfast. They have good varieties in the morning menu but not that I am looking for. I had a Crispy chicken biscuit but the biscuit was more like a bread. Overall it's good experience for rest of the items..

I didn't like the layout. No seats had cushions. The sun shined right in the whole evening and I had to face the wall while there, I don't like facing walls, I like to see everything around me. I like to sit against the wall, so I can see what's coming. The employees were friendly.

Service is terrible....management yelling at their employees telling them to shut up. Took all I had not to slap a ho and tell her to treat people with respect.

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, service was just awesome. I wish this crew could just stay there forever. Shout out to that manager. Never got his name but he know who he is. I will be coming back for sure.

Horribly managed location! Dirty restroom and restaurant. Rude employees and orders are rarely correct. I’m always polite and patient bc I’m thankful ppl are working and staff is hard to keep, but I won’t go to this location again. It’s just terrible.

The sandwiches were mediocre, but the fries were so old they were inedible. They were unsalted, rock solid, and bone dry. Hands down the worst fries I've ever had. Do yourself a massive favor and just drive the extra mile to the McDonalds off Industrial Blvd.
