The chicken was fried too hard. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH
is not worth the menu price of $5.69. I ONLY ordered this sandwich because of the 2 for $5 coupon that came in the mail. My husband got the CLASSIC CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH is something I wouldn’t buy again; even if I had a coupon for it.

The team was courteous and prompt. Had a double roast beef. It was delicious. I was very impressed when I saw a team member helped an elderly woman carry her order out to her truck! Nice to see customer care is not dead in fast food industry.

I was rushed placing my order. Customer service was horrible. I purchased a salad and a sprite, I didn’t eat or drink either. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The chicken looked like it was just thrown on top. Terrible experience.

L'Oreal deserves recognition and a raise, Arby's! She is LOVELY and represents your company beautifully! (We are not from here and we do not know her personally.)
There was an elderly woman & her little husband who obviously comes often, because not only did that young lady greet her elder, she remembered what her favorite things were! SO IMPRESSIVE! She took her time with the customer and was so sweet during the whole process!
She also served us and two other folks quickly, efficiently and with a great sense of humor. Really - she deserves a shout-out!
The food was good and hardy, as usual. Keep it up. This location is a great example of good service!

Covington Arby's has the worst customer service. No receipt given, all food crammed in one small bag, had to ask for sauces twice. With as many cars in drive thru thought not many were working but there were 6 behind counter.
