Papa Johns Pizza

I never leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa Johns was so outrageously bad that I couldn't not share this experience. For starters, no one working there would even acknowledge my presence, let alone assist me. The first few minutes I chalked it up to they needed to finish their tasks, but then I realized they would really leave me standing there til the end of the night if I didn't demand service. Then, I told the lady that I had an order and what the order was, and I could tell she wasn't listening/didn't care and mumbled something about it probably not being in oven. She then disappeared and when she came back I said "Excuse me, is it not ready?" and she looked at me and yelled "I DON'T KNOW". Now I had ordered this pizza 30 minutes prior so I knew it was ready and after a long day of work I really just wanted to get my pizza and go home so I said "Can you CHECK?!" and she begrudgingly went over and gets my order for me. When I checked it in the car there was only the pizza and none of the garlic cups that I ordered, so unfortunately I had to go back inside. When I entered, it sounded like she was threatening her coworker and they were screaming at each other. Again I had to make significant effort to get attention so that I could get the missing garlic cups. I have never had such a shocking and horrible customer service experience before. I'm not sure of a lot in life, but I'm sure I will never be returning to this place!! Just want a pizza, not verbal abuse. I'm only giving them 2 stars because pizza was still bussin.

Not a review just some advice.... Calling the store is if you need to speak to a manager or have a problem with an existing order. DO NOT call the store because you want to place an order and you can't figure out the app.. the website... or you don't want to talk to a foreign person at our call center. We have three different methods of placing an order and calling the store is not one of them!! We do not have the staff to be sitting on the phone for 10 minutes with each person while they figure out what they want and ask the price of everything. This is why the phone goes unanswered!! Next.. quit complaining that the drivers park in the only 3 spots we have... It's a delivery based restaurant and we shouldn't have to carry 10-15 pizzas across the parking lot because you want to park in front of our store and eat your pizza for 40 minutes🤔🙄

I ordered the Philly Beefstake Papajoie it's a pizza crust folded like a taco. Well it was burnt and the grease still left on the crust and my hands was garlic butter burnt. There were 2 grissells of meat with hard onions big chunks some hard green pepper and melted cheese. I decided to eat just the meat like I said 2 grisselks is what I found My husband didn't touch his and mine was left most of it is in the box
