I have never been treated so poorly in my life. My husband and I pulled into the drive through on April 4, 2022, at 11:15 pm. (This is for the owner to reference who was working at that time). First, a girl asked if we could wait a minute. Then a new employee hopped on and asked for our order. Everything we ordered was not available. The man sounded extremely annoyed by us. After we had requested four different items, we asked if tacos were available. The man then insulted us asking “Why do you think we are open? I mean, what do you think we are doing here?” Clearly we were asking too much to simply order food. So we pulled away. The worst service I have ever experienced. Someone needs to get a handle on their employees and teach them respect. That single employee is costing you business. River Chase deserves better and expects better.

My boyfriend and I have been on a road trip since 10am.. it’s currently 10:30pm and we finally made our first stop to get some dinner. We’re both starving! Just to pull up and be told they closed 3hrs early. We waited in a line along with 5 other cars and none of us got food. So now my bf and I just sorta don’t get dinner, thanks Taco Bell👍🏻

A most unfortunate experience. We were ignored by employees and had to wait several minutes to use the kiosk. Once we were started, more customers walked in and a staffer came immediately to take their order; they were seated and eating well before our order was ready. The kiosk is not user friendly. I wanted chicken instead of beef; the only way I found to do that was to nix the beef and add the chicken - with an upcharge, of course. After paying, I couldn't even get a receipt without providing my email or phone number. The food was sloppily put together, allowing ingredients to fall out of our crunchwrap and burrito. A very unfortunate experience, indeed.

Abysmal service. Ordered online specifically to avoid the absurdly long drive- thru, arrived at the store and was told to get my food (already paid for) in the drive-thru. Lobby doors remained locked and others with prepaid completed orders were sent away to the stagnant drive-thru.
Avoid this location.
EDIT: Site did not afford me the option to cancel my order and the store's phone was busy the entire time. I had to wait in the drive-thru 45+ minutes to get my food. If only I could give negative stars...
EDIT 2: I was asked to verify my account 3 separate times and guess what? Even though it was available of viewing electronically AND I confirmed it with the worked and the supervisor 3 times THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG!

The cashier was very pleasant and the food was hot. Some of the tables could've used a good wipe down, but overall it was pretty clean.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I waited over 25 minutes for a single crunchwrap. Three other customers that walked into the dining room and place their order after me received their order before I did, I asked the worker why ? His response was " well we only two people back here ya know ? "

Pure garbage. Lobby dirty as hell, took forever to take my order with no receipt given either and took forever to get my order. Not to mention the condition of the seat at my table.
