Arby's

I’m usually not a “Karen” type of person but I am extremely disgusted right now. Went through the drive through, came home to eat and drank half of my sweet tea and realized something was stuck in my straw… I looked into my straw and it was a small roach!!! I’ve literally been gagging and dry heaving I’m sick to my stomach. Never going to Arbys again.

I would have liked to have given them more stars, as I am quite fond of Arby's variety of sandwiches, and so is our family. We came through and placed a LARGE order, via the drive thru and the young lady even repeated it back to me to make sure things were correct. However, when we got our order, we pulled up to check it before leaving and found 2 of the sandwiches were missing. We took the whole order inside to the front counter and explained, even had the gentleman look to verify. He was very nice, but the person working the back apparently thought we were trying to just get 2 more free sandwiches. We spent over 60 dollars, we weren't after freebies, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately more than once we got home and found things missing or not the way they were ordered, which is why we stopped this time to double check before we left. We know things can get very busy, and hectic, but they weren't busy and there was no huge line in front of us when we pulled up to order.
