My husband and I were very impressed with the two wonderful ladies that greeted us when we first walked in - we had never been there before. They were so helpful and fun. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful which helped. To top it off, I received a Get Well note signed by all of the surgical team! How cool is that - that's never happened to me before and was so appreciated. It's not a huge hospital, but it's nice and clean and friendly people.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay this time at Lakeview. I went in from, 01/29/22 - 02/01/22 with an inflammation of the pancreas which is extremely painful. I was on the 3rd floor, I think on the maternity ward. The nurses treated me with respect and were all top notch. Each one of them were genuinely kind and treated me as if I was their only patient. If they got tired of me asking for pain medication I didn't know. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get relief. I want to thank all of the staff who cared for me during my brief stay on the 3rd floor. Your positive attitudes filled my heart.

My mom had an emergency but there was not a hospital in my state that could take her. I'm so grateful that we were able to come here. Every employee that came to her room was so caring & polite. Even when she had to be moved at midnight from one floor to another. After leaving my mom had another emergency & again we ended up at Lakeview. So grateful the Lord brought her here. This is an A+ hospital.

I did not want to be there, obviously. However, life has its own agenda. I wound up in the ER, due to a seizure earlier that day. The ER staff was great. They made me feel welcomed (I had never had a seizure before, so I was terrified) and they were extremely delicate in explaining my situation. Long story short, I am recovering and on my way back to 100%. I want to send a big thank you to the ER staff, from myself and my very grateful family!!!!! Hopefully we wont have to see them anytime soon though. ; )

Horrible … went in with abdominal pain. Had an ultrasound and ct scan and nothing was detected. The doctor came in and said we can’t find anything wrong with you . When I told him something was wrong that I was in pain, his reply was well I will give you a Non narcotic pain reliever. I told him I wasn’t there for pain medication. I wanted to know what was wrong. I was made to feel as I was chasing pain pills because I was Immediately judged for the anxiety medication my PCP prescribed to me after I found my father lifeless in his house 4 months ago. I left the ER and went directly to my PCP office directly behind the ER and with in minutes she diagnosed me with a severe infection in my uterus! I was very sick. I received 2 antibiotic shots and antibiotics to take orally and within a few days I felt 80% better! I was not ever examined and written off as a drug user! That is the farthest from the truth ! Never again will I ever come here again!

Absolutely horrible!!! My husband was to having same day surgery there and while I was in the waiting area I got a call from his cardiologist saying he had not been cleared for the surgery. I immediately spoke with the volunteer there and told her the situation and that the surgery should not proceed. She went into the back to check and returned to tell me that it was already done, he was fine and the doctor would come out to speak with me. I waited over a half an hour and still got no word, so I asked again. She went in to check and returned to tell me the nurse would like me to come back and speak with her. The nurse started off by apologizing to me and explained that my husband was currently in surgery and doing well. There had been a mistake and the wrong information had been given to the volunteer. The whole surgery could have been stopped had the right information been relayed back to me before his surgery had even started. The surgery did not work and now my husband has to go through it all over again. We are working very hard to find a different vascular surgeon and a different facility.

I went to the ER on a Monday night for severe abdominal pain. I was seen within 15 minutes then taken to a room. There was no one in the waiting room. Within an hour I saw the doctor and had an ultrasound to confirm it was my gall bladder. An IV was started for pain relief and fluids. 45 minutes later I was admitted and moved upstairs. Surgery went good and the staff was outstanding. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that a lady from registration came into my ER room to get admittance information and immediately collect payment. I was in so much pain I could not think straight and my husband was stressed. So it just did not seem an appropriate time to discuss money. That could have been done once I was settled in upstairs in my room.

My nurse Amy on the med surg floor made my stay amazing. The day and overnight techs made it pleasurable as well. My overnight nurse was horrible until set straight. Bed side manner is out the window. The way she speaks to the guest in the room are horrible as well. I can’t stress how my heart was filled with joy for my nurse Amy to care for me and the day tech. Most definitely can’t leave out my night tech. So I’ll give it a 5 because of of them.
