We have a local hungry horse and it is a family favourite offering a great balance between quality and affordability. There are very few places you can eat half decent pub food in the £10pp category in these times. The Friday BOGOF on burgers is a fantastic offer and the Quadzilla Burger is quite a challenge! The annoying thing is that this isn't my local HH and the burgers were definitely nicer here, so I'm hoping it hasn't ruined it for me 🤣
I will also add that the staff here are very friendly and the service was great. If you're looking for a family friendly venue that offers affordable, and decent quality pub food. This HH has my vote!

Just moved to Eastern Green and decided to visit the pub. Had our lunch here. Atmosphere was great. Staff lovely. Food delicious, the chips are so good! Would definitely recommend.

Food is typical pub food, but the staff were great. Especially, the staff working in the play area, Despite having to close early for a prebooked birthday party, the staff were kind enough to let my niece into the softplay area to enjoy herself. Staff 5 stars

Will certainly be going here again mostly because of the really friendly staff who was so welcoming the gentleman behind the bar made me feel like an old friend, the food was really great and the menu had a great choice. will certainly be going to here again

Took my son and niece for breakfast here today. Fantastic customer service, clean, tidy and staff member ( Liam ) was extremely helpful. Great food, brilliant for kids and soft play was a win.

Had a fabulous meal here tonight whilst on holiday. Friendly staff and the food was great, fresh and hot. Eveeywhere was clean ans tidy too. Gloucester royal oak, hungry horse could do with a team day out to see how it's done as they are severely lacking in all areas.

Went for lunch, all the staff were friendly and polite. There are several large TV screens around the pub and a very large parking area.
Ordered two burgers, done drinks and a side salad. The side salad never came, sadly. Apart from that no complaints.
