Rude, slow service. Consistently missing items. Most recent visit was met with rude employees who were more worried about time then service. No customers, but was told there was an extended wait for fries which ended up looking like bottom scraps in the end. Employees were more concerned about getting customers away from the drive thru due to their timer (I worked in fast food so I understand the goal of getting customers away from the window to make their times look good to corporate)...this meant poor customer service and rude employees. Did not receive all of my order AGAIN. Will not continue to pay over price for subpar food and service.

I know this place can do better. I don't care if you have problems with the person in the car. You do your job. Regardless. Shame on the crew tonight Sunday November 28 2021 at 6:37 pm. Whom ever was running the drive through needs customer service classes. And the manager who had the second head set on should have taken over when they realized your employee was having issues. Shun. There is a KFC 23 miles from this one. My suggestion is to use that one. Or choose another restaurant in the area. I miss Kayla the night manager. Her food was always exemplary and the service was always great.
