Dunkin'

Sandwiches are not super, coffee is ok, donuts are ok too. I used the drive through, and received the worst customer service ever by Alexis. She sounded annoyed since the beginning at the speaker. When I got to the window, I said Sorry can I add one more Sandwich, she just made eye contact, took an annoyed deep breath, placed her hand on her waist pull back (body language of "what tf customer you are) and said what Sandwich moving her head. After seeing her attitude I said "I am sorry and asked her name because I like to address people by their name, she got offended too. She handed me the wrong coffee, so we switched, she handed me the food, I said thanks Alexis, she asked for my name and after I told her my name she closed the window abruptly. I went to DD because my daughter wanted that place, there is no many locations around here, so I drove like 8 miles just to have a extremely bad experience. Clarification: the lady in the picture is not Alexis who needs to be retrained or she needs to look for a different job.

First time at this location and honestly, first time in a long time at Dunkin Donuts lol I love the design inside and it’s very spacious and organized. Everyone was very nice and the donuts were bomb. We had the kinda vegan or vegetarian breakfast sandwich and honestly...the bread was twice the size of the patty. Like, the patty was okay, but not amazing. I kinda wish they would have added a second parry or something for the price. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s regular cheese that they put on it and I was sad it wasn’t fully vegan...like...have at least one vegan option and diversify a little lol Other than that, this place is great!

Ordered coffee, donuts and a breakfast sandwich this morning. Both coffees were absolute garbage. The hot coffee cup was 3/4th full. The 'light ice' coffee drink had 'No ice'; apparently, they mean the same thing in English. We had to spend 15 min to re-engineer both of them so they tasted edible, rather than absolute trash. Thanks Dunkin!

Extremely RUDE service today if you can even call it that. This lady working there was barking at me while taking my order like she just wanted me out. She was not alone, there was a line in the drive-thru, but there were 2 other workers and no one else in the store. I also saw her get very exasperated and yell at an elderly customer.

Grand opening. Got 2 donuts and frozen chocolate. The donuts were 1.19 and small frozen chocolate was 3.29. I got the Bavarian Creme and it was good. Light and airy. The Creme could use more flavoring. I wanted a Boston Creme but the employee checked and said they were out. While waiting for the chocolate drink a full tray of Boston Creme were brought out...damn! I thought the frozen chocolate tasted like watered down chocolate drink. My daughter liked it though. There was a small line and wait..they did just open. Senior discount 5%
