Dickey's

Dine-in: expected hot food, was disappointed. I observed them unwrap meat from plastic wrap to chop it up, it was barely lukewarm when served to us for dine-in. Both kinds of meat were overloaded with salt, was not even served hot, and was extremely fatty. Not my kind of lunch for higher than average $$ prices. Would expect better from a place that is supposed to specialize in Barbecue- trim some of the excess fat from the meat and/or do a better job rendering it off to provide flavor without delivering so little meat and so much fat content. On another note: Coleslaw was good!

I like Dickies BBQ! Moving to California from Houston TX is not easy and one of the hardest transitions is finding Great BBQ. I have been to several upscale BBQ spots in Cali only to leave a bit disappointed. Dickies is inexpensive and good BBQ. what really hits the spot for me is the Brisket. If you're visiting I hope you like it. I recommend it!

worst ran Dickeys ever. I've been to a few in Wisconsin and Texas. they were always alot faster even when they were packed to the rim. this pace wasn't even packed and it took over 40 mins for me to get my food and I was only the 3rd person in like. I asked for an extra drink on top of my special and I got some sweet tea. after leaving I realized it was unsweetened. I went back and complained and all they did was throw in some sugar in some cold tea. that's a big no no. while I waited I wanted to enjoy an ice cream and they were out of cones. HORRIBLE! Don't go there. I will not be returning. you have lost a good loyal customer of dickies.
