Pizza Hut

I order from this location quite often, NEVER had a problem. Food is always good, service is great and price is even better! The facility has 100% cleanliness and A+ rating which I completely agree with. Would highly recommend to anyone whether it’s game day, quick lunch or family meal. Post script the newly added Cinnabon’s are AMAZING!

Where do I start? I ordered pizzas online like I always do with this Pizza Hut location. Transaction was smooth and I head over to the Cornelius location to pick it up. Since I've never really had a problem before, I didn't think that I needed to check my pizzas prior to leaving. BIG MISTAKE! I get all the way home only to find that my supposed hand tossed pizzas look like thin crust and don't even look fully done. I picked up my pizzas up at 8:36 pm. I decided to call back to the location and see if I can get them remade. I called four times and was put on hold every time I called and even hung up on. Apparently, they have a way to place you on hold without answering the call. After being on hold so long, I decided to keep the call on hold and drive back over with my order. I was still on hold when I pulled into the parking lot. Ridiculous! I get back over there and they had literally just locked the door and would not open it because they were already counting money which I understand. I knocked on the door because at this point, I just wanted my money back. Two ladies that were working there yelled through the door that they were closed and they could not open the door and help us. I asked her through the door why they kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me, but she just shrugged her shoulders, mumbled something and walked off. I told her that I would be there tomorrow to talk to the manger. Needless to say, I threw those pizzas out. We had to get take out from somewhere else. It is really a shame because I really like Pizza Hut, but I'm just thinking about starting to go to Jets Pizza from now on. Extremely disappointed!!!!

The worst customer service ever. Received a phone call from the store saying the driver couldn't locate my house. I walked outside..... No driver in sight.... Called the store twice and was transferred to the manager who said the driver called me 3 times and then hear her ask the driver who is still on the road aka next to her and also told they don't deliver to my address which is half mile from the store and they have delivered to before. Offered to send a screen shot of calls to my phone showing where I wasn't called and she had the nerve to say the delete button is a good thing. Apparently she knows this from experience. 3rd time in 2 weeks and as the saying goes. Caitlyn Moore stated I would never get a refund and I wouldn't get anywhere with her boss Shelly East so basically charging me for something that she admitted wasn't delivered. Previous reviews solidify this........... Thanks to Wells Fargo for crediting my account........ It's unfortunate they had to get involved
