Wonderful location, and the brewed coffee was amazing! I have not tried an actual coffee drink yet, but I love all the different options you can add to your brew without a million extra charges! Super delicious and will definitely be going back!!

This place is very poorly managed. Though the employees have always been polite, the service is typically slow and they never know what promotions they have going on. The employees don't wear masks, even when they are mandated. I watched a visibly ill employee, with no face covering, cough right by the donuts and right into her hands, then proceed to continue ringing people up and touching food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. This is not okay. Do better.

Kudos to the staff that just helped us 2 ladies out as they were closing early due to lack of staff. We both sincerely appreciate you for helping us out in a tough situation! You both ROCK!!!

This is a great DD. It's huge & very clean. The employees are so nice, & my boyfriend literally stops in almost every day. Try Raspberry flavor shots in your coffee!

Walked in the door at around 8:30pm (store closes at 9) and the worker, who clearly has never been trained in customer service, practically shoved us out of the door with a rolling trash can. She said the store was closing and that she wouldn’t serve us. I rarely ever write poor reviews, but her demeanor and attitude were completely uncalled for. Please reevaluate your staff.

manager was in the back no one in the front to wait on me got the manager to the front he was not friendly made me the wrong drink not at all what I ordered and the girl beside him wiped her nose with her hand and did not go wash her hands and I told the manager what I saw he didn't seem to care
and then I got my money back and will not go back to the one at Zion in Cornelius

The restaurant was clean and orderly and staff was friendly. The donuts had a decent amount of icing on them.. other ones I've been to were skimpy with icing for some reason. Also, I was able to go in and sit down with my family in this one.
