Pizza Hut

The food was good. Most Pizza Hut food is good. I myself love their pizza and pasta. This restaurant was understaffed on this night. Our server was doing triple duty. Give him 5 stars! That everything was hot and tasty reflects the effort of this young man. Hopefully they will be better staffed in the future.

Wife and I hadn't eaten all day. We got there like 6:15pm. Dined in. Placed our order, got an appetizer cuz we were famished. Apparently their fries don't come with ketchup, despite the menu listing that ketchup came with the fries. Waitress came back and said they were out of fries. Okay, fine. Got a salad bar thing for myself to munch on till we got our food. I had a Diet Pepsi and my wife had a Mountain Dew, no ice, and water the same way. Never got a refill, sat for almost two hours waiting on our pizza. We ordered a Veggie Delight, stuffed crust, double cheese. After an hour and a half of waiting, finally got our pizza (even though there were at least four people in the kitchen that I counted). Barely tepid, teetering on cold, cheese in the crust was already congealed. Waited even longer for the check. Finally had enough, got up, asked for a box and to pay. Just go down the road a-ways and hit up Domino's or Little Caesars. Avoid this place if you wanna enjoy your food.

Doesn't deserve even one star! First time visit and last! Ordered buffet Pizzas were cold, hard and overcooked, brown lettuce on salad bar (not fresh) . We asked about medium everything deep dish pizza in place of buffet; too high priced. Told our server about the food on buffet. She was totally and absolutely rude. She replied that's scientifully impossible it's a hot bar. She said we would have to pay for our meals (we only took two/four bites between the two of us). We told her we weren't paying for something we didn't eat. She told us to leave and NEVER come back!!!! Really, she didn't have to tell us not to come back. WOW, REALLY!? Buffet started at 11:15 and we got in our vehicle at 11:37. Yet everything looked and tasted old.

We went for the buffet, and the entire bar was lacking. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown, and the marinara sauce on the pizza bar had been so long the water had already separated from the paste. The pasta and pizza both were dried out and hard. Only gave two stars because the staff was very attentive to us as far as refills and napkins were concerned.

Only person in restaurant. Placed order, waited 25 minutes while other families entered, ordered, and ate. I was then informed that my order was entered wrong and I would have to wait another 20 minutes with no comps or apologies. Decided to leave. Terrible customer service. Update: Went back today, great service Great pizza !! I guess we all have bad days!! Nice job!!

Order two medium pizzas at 7:15 according to my order receipt. I was told 15-20 minutes. 8:00 rolls around and no one was at the front desk for at least 15 minutes because they were arguing in the back. I left the restaurant very disappointed and unsatified. No wonder I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in over a year.

The reason I'm only giving 1 star is I ordered a Large meat lover's and a personal pan pizza with extra sausage and received a small pizza with very little meat and the had personal pan had very little sausage. And when they said they would send it back out make it right they sent the something. Except they didn't send the personal pan when they said were fixing the order. So I won't be ordering from them again until they make things right...
