Jack's

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never ate inside a Jack’s until today and I definitely do not want to ever again. If I could give this place zero stars I would because of the lack of service, wait times, there was fries and chicken all over everything behind the counter, and the fact one of the employees unclogged the ice machine with a pipe and then with his bare hands! It was especially annoying when the lady at the front would just walk back and forth in front of the counter and would not take anyone’s order. I could not tell you how many people came back up to the front because she kept getting people’s order wrong. My food was also not exactly like it was supposed to be but I ate it anyways because I did not feel like waiting 30 mins or more to get it fixed. I would definitely think twice about eating here!

I am currently taking radiation treatments for my cancer. I literally have a hard time holding down food. I can eat a chicken and biscuit with cheese and tomato and I keep that down. I visit two locations and I can pull up at anytime of the day or night and they will make it for me. I appreciate that so much.

Always loved Jack’s. However this one is missing the mark. The employees are so wrapped up in complaining, arguing and talking about others the customers are left unattended. Today was the second time in 2 weeks that my husband and I could not get waited on. I stood there watching 6 employees ( manager was setting in the office). Only one of these was doing any work. The others were running around in their own world loudly talking about others. We left without being ask for our order. Very rude

The customer service was the worst I have ever had at a Jack's in my life I stood at the front counter for at least 7 to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there watching the girl working the front counter walk back and forth cutting her eyes at me 3 or 4 times but never speaking to me I will never visit here again

Disappointing, it looks pretty good but it's pretty boring. The burger was run of the mill, the fries were limp and tasteless with an odd seasoning and WAY too much salt. The shake however was really good. And I'll never understand why they put the least trained person operating the register and taking the orders; she was woefully unprepared and undertrained. She was extremely nice however.
