What is the point of using the app to order ahead when you get yelled at in the drive thru that you have to wait 15 minutes before you can order. Once they understood the order was placed through the app, then I'm told to go inside to get it. Once inside it only gets worse. You can tell they don't want business because none of the menu screens are lit up and EVERYONE is complaining about how no one wants to work. The irony isn't lost of me here. Only one woman is actively trying to fill my order, but while she's doing it she is complaining about the large order of food. I'm sorry I have a large family and chose to keep you employed by using your establishment. I will never make that mistake again. I would not recommend this Burger King location to anyone. Look at all the recent 1 star reviews. Save yourself, don't go here!

I’m surprised I’m able to write this review after dying in the drive thru line waiting on my food. Absolutely no excuse for how long it takes to receive an order of chicken nuggets and fries. Management should start looking at the caliber of their workers they are hiring and realize that it will be a direct reflection of the quality of service provided.

Staff refused to take orders inside. So after sitting in a five car line for 45 minutes they blatantly lied about products, served multiple people behind me, and shorted me on food I ordered and paid for. I get that it's a bunch of young and dumb kids but at this point you're better off going anywhere else for a quick bite to eat. Avoid this bk.

Absolute worst Burger King location ever. I placed an order and was told that they had no Whoppers, no chicken sandwiches, no onion rings, no vanilla shakes, no tea absolutely nothing that we tried to order was available. And when I told them they needed to do better at ordering the manager who had picked up the phone told me to "shut up" and then hung up on me. Only here at this location will you get spoken to like that. I will be finding out who the owner is a filing a formal complaint.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint on the crew that is working today 2/13/22 at 2:10 pm specifically the person working the drive thru. She was wildly disrespectful, unprofessional and down right ugly. I pulled up to the speak not ro be greater but by the word "Order". I still placed my order hoping the process would improve but it did not. I got to the window for the same person to say "What you got?" I asked her do we have a problem and said "Yes I'm tired and you looking at me like I'm crazy" I declined my order and drove off. I have never had that level of interaction with an enemy let alone a person I am paying for a service. I would like a corporate rep to call me.

Very Rude service. I was checking my meal at the window before driving off..I was offered no ticket for my meal. I guess I was sitting to long. Lady / Ms Quita come and say I was holding up line. I explained to her my meal was wrong . She says to me she didn't care..I still had to move I moved up and waited for my righrtmeal . A nice young lady brought my meal to car.
