Dunkin'

Most of their flavored coffee's were out of stock or discontinued. Employee stated they were the most popular coffee's but seasonal only. Caramel and coconut is seasonal? Don't understand that. I am not a coffee drinker but once in awhile I will get one. Ended up getting their French cruellers which I was shocked they had some. That too is sold out most of the time. Not sure how many they make for the day.

Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with at a dunkin donuts! I was the only person in line at the drive through, pulled up to pay with card, was told I couldn't pay with card at drive through and would need to park and walk inside (28 degrees out). Again I was the only person in line and no customers inside, walked in and was told wait. Please help me understand why I could have stayed in my vehicle and they couldn't walk the 10 steps to run my card? I used to come here monthly when I was in town for military duty and will instead take my business elsewhere.

The worst Dunkin’s ever . They are slow , under staffed, the lattes taste like milk and water plus the staff needs more professional training for the preparation of food and beverages . I live around the moon area but I would rather drive the extra mile or two to a neighboring Dunkin’s franchise that provides better services .I would not recommend that Dunkin’s to anyone unless they don’t have any choice and they are desperately starving .
