Subway

WORST SERVICE and DISASTER CHICKEN. I bought 2 footlong chicken and the chicken tastes like old one. I told the shop service person for the same and he did not respond to me properly. He asked me to bring back the chicken sandwich to show that to his manager. And he just throws that into trash and gave me one footlong refund..i refused to get the refund; I did not even ask for the refund from beginning; I told him that chicken is old and don’t give that to anyone. He keep refusing. The women next to me also said the chicken looks bad. I told him again NOT to give that chicken to anyone.

The order took forever. Just a couple high school sophomores behind the counter. No supervisor. The girl ordering would ask us questions like if we wanted it toasted and when we said no, she would proceed to try and toast them. Majority of the order time we spent just waiting for the two to stop flirting and make our order. She also told us toward the end not to give them a bad review. Like they knew they were being unreasonably bad at their job. It was uncomfortable and I’m never going back.

I received coupons from subway in the mail and they did not take them. I do not come to subway to eat often but this time the coupons made it appealing for us to come and use them. So we started to order the subs and when it was time to pay they told us they do not take coupons of any kind. I was very upsetting but I just paid and left (I did not want to make a 17 year old kid pass a hard time, she was stressed out because it was getting busy). The one star ⭐ rating is because they do not support what they advertise. I think I should make a bigger deal about it because that is false advertising! The coupon expires 4/14.

It was clean. We were the only ones there. One that made the sandwiches/wrap didn't know what meat to use and had to ask me but it's not listed on the menu anymore. The one that was playing cashier didn't know how to make change and when I corrected them, still gave me the wrong change. (BTW they gave me too much both times not the other way around)

Most of the times, this place doesn't run any offers means if you will go to this store after getting any offer notification in various Subway stores, this place never participate in those offers. This store also don't have new menu options which Subway introduced recently. I would suggest to visit some other location store, this is not good one. Although the taste and whatever options they are offering those are same like in all other Subway store.

No masks on employees, not good with the super contagious Delta variant...Children returning to school should be protected, even fully vaccinated people can spread this to the unvaccinated; children under 12, and the folks that can't get vaccinated for medical reasons... Protect your fellows citizens, please wear masks until we beat this...It's really no big deal to do this small thing
