Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 sandwiches through the mobile app and applied a coupon for one free sub. Walked into the store and overhear the employee trying to charge some guy extra for putting a couple more jalapenos in his sandwich. Should've known how this was going to turn out.
Waited in line just to find out the owner doesn't accept coupons so my order was voided without me getting any notification. Wasted my time driving there. I told the worker I'll just pay full price since I'm already here. Even though I was next in line he proceeds to take the order from people behind me. When I asked if he was going to make my sandwiches he justified it by saying "Yo, you have 4 and they have 2. Im make there's first. Do you want it or nah?" Remind you I was next in line. So I said Nah and went to the subway in farmingdale instead.
Rude employee, very arrogant. I suspect this is their way of drawing customers in by accepting coupons through the app and then voiding it when you come to pick it up.

This place is always empty for a reason... Owner gave up! Go to Reyes Deli in copiague and get a real sandwich. This subway is joke and a waste to get there.

I had a scannable $10 off coupon and asked if I would be able to use it before ordering . I was told yes and when it came time to pay I was told by the server they didn’t know how to use the coupon and was charged full price . All this even after I asked before placing my order . No apology either

Made an order online go to pickup they tell me they have no bread(no one called me) I can either have a Flatbread or a wrap (I ordered 5 sandwiches for everyone at work) they tell me I need to call the app to get a refund so I sit and argue for 10min finally they call the owner 20min goes by at this point ill take a gift card. Another 10min goes by I get a refund that takes 3 days to clear on my card. I just wanted a 🥪 sandwich!! I will never go here again.

I enjoyed this particular spot the young lady working behind the counter was pleasant and thoughtful my foot long was perfect in every way ..this spot rocks🤩😍

After waiting 25 minutes for the worker to give us 3 sandwiches, there is mold on the flatbread. The manager was standing in the back not assisting the worker. The time took a while. The service was not engaging, and the product was not satisfactory. Go to another subway if you want subway.
