The lady that was there when on Monday 1-4-21 has a wonderful memory knows what I put on my vegetable sandwich knows I what it toasted, cheese.I do not go every day just every once in a while.Plus she has a quick smile and is actually happy to work! She's definitely a keeper

If there is a minus star I will put, the lady who works there has issues. She makes me wait for the customer in front off me and the one before me be which does not make any sense. So I left mad without being serviced because I don't have time. Anyway subway chain should at least know this when they hire people like her.

Twice I have gone there for sandwiches and found the Sunway closed 15 and 20 minutes before their stated closing time of 7Pm. The person working there stated that she had to have every thing put up and wiped down by 7 PM as ordered my her manager.

Melissa needs to go. She's extremely rude and not good at her job. Not gonna come back to this subway again until she's gone.

There new Subway Girl is amazing! Eypri I think. She’s super sweet and made me the beat sandwich ever!

I gave a rating of "1" for appeal bc it's located inside of a convenience store, and rather than pay at the Subway counter, they give you a ticket & you have to pay at the store's main counter. So you have to wait in line twice. I will do it in a pinch, but it is a pain. Service & courtesy have always been high quality, although a tad on the slow side.
