Whataburger

Clean, clean, clean!!! This is the cleanest Whataburger you'll ever visit! Service is great, people are great, location is great! Even when they are super busy, they still have smiles for everyone!!! The Whataburger standard of quality is upheld in every aspect of the operation here! What an outstanding location!!

I shouldn't rate on this visit but... i went inside to relief myself 1st then proceeded to the line. Another customer behind us. He felt the need to let the employees know that they had too many customers for only one cashier and informed them to come open another register. That's it. Maybe a little hangry. Another man behind him corrected him. Then they were just digging verbally at each other until the instigator left. My thoughts were where was the manager? The food was fine. Not great, just fine. I had a salad, my son had bacon burger with Salty fries. We'll be back! My son Loves Whataburger:)

Whataburger has an excellent fast food, drive through salad. The Garden Salad with Grilled Chicken is my choice. The portion of chicken is good and there are a number of dressing choices; with my choice almost always being the buttermilk ranch. I have also tried the jalapeno ranch, but it was a bit too spicy and hid the flavor of the tomatoes and carrots. Also, the croutons are light (i.e. not too hard) and have a lot of tasty garlic flavor. I also request the chicken (hot) on the side such that it doesn't warm the lettuce, nor melt the cheese before I get it home.

They can't seem to get the order right. They need to listen to what the customer says without interrupting after each thing the customer orders. Ask questions when the customer is done and then maybe the customer will get the correct food. Also, they need to stop trying to speed repeat the order to the customer. Slow down.So if there is a mistake, then it can be corrected before the customer gets their order.
