This location is disgusting. I would leave 0 stars if I could. It was over 100 degrees outside and there wasn't any ice in the soda fountain. The AC didn't seem to be working. It was so hot in the restaurant. The The pizza was limp and soggy with grease, the salad was wilted. The restaurant smelled like dirty diapers. The toilet seats in the ladies room had feces on them.

Website shows that they are open until 10PM we showed up the shut the doors at 8:50PM it is sad people do not want to work anymore. I wish this place was better staffed. CICI's will lose a lot of business due to this.

if I could add a zero start i would. this was the worst experience of my entire life there was no ice in the drink machine and half of the drinks there was none half of them were out we asked if somebody could put ice in it and she said oh it’s already done went back to go get ice and they were still no ice it was like 85° in there and nobody seem to have cared there was hardly no pizza out there nothing I wish I could just get my money back

The lady that was worked the front counter was rude and then I found a black piece of hair on my pizza. I talked to the lady at the front and she said “I’ll go talk to them im sorry.” and she showed it to the worker and she just shrugged and threw the pizza away as if this was a natural occurrence . I wasn’t offered a refund or any sort of coupon. On another note, the brownies were literally the same consistency as playdoh. Customer service was horrible DO NOT COME HERE

All my kids wanted was the mac & cheese pizza and when we got home the box that was supposed to have the Mac n cheese pizza had a pepperoni pizza I tried calling to correct this and no one would answer the phone. It was literally the only thing my kids were craving out of that whole order. And your front counter girl was very rude and dismissive. This is ridiculous and such a simple task how do you mess that up! My son doesn’t like to eat meat how is a pepperoni pizza supposed to help.

This place is ok. It's kind of expensive if you don't go M-W(5.99) to catch their special. The food is decent, and the place is not the cleanest, but the staff is always nice and friendly. I feel they do the best they can with what they have.

Was so hot inside I was sweating as soon as I walked in was hit with a pungent nasty smell like the back of a dumpster that hasn’t been emptied in 3 weeks mixed with nasty feet will never be eating here again literally the nastiest place I have ever eaten I have see gas station restrooms that are cleaner
