We were traveling back to Dallas after a trip to Galveston. We stopped in after 9:00 p.m. The food was hot and fresh and I want to commend the girl working the counter, Elizabeth. She was so sweet and seemed really serious about her job. It was a refreshing experience after a really bad experience we had at a higher end restaurant in Galveston the night before. If we lived here, I would visit this location often. Great food and staff!

Ordered a sweet and spicy specialty burger. Why does Whataburger have to smash the burger as flat as a pancake??? A raised fluffy bun would be nice. Smashing the bun flat takes away any bread flavor and taste. Also, the sauce was 50% too much!! Leaking out of the burger from all sides. Barely edible. QUALITY of Whataburger is going downhill!! Whataburger used to be top notch, but not anymore. I have lived in Texas for over 40 years so I am very familiar with quality decline with your product.

Somewhat less than impressed. The restaurant was nice and clean, unfortunately customer service was somewhat in question. I walked up and stood in front of the counter for a good 30 seconds, had just about everyone look me in the eye and just keep on moving along as though I wasn't really there. I didn't feel like fighting with them so I just turned around and walk out the door.

Today I went to whataburger. It was a disappointing experience because I love it. I have been craving it for the longest. The bad experience started when I asked for a chocolate shake and was given a strawberry shake instead. I told the cashier and her answer was well that is what you ordered. When I had clearly said chocolate, but oh well. I ordered another shake for which I paid, then I received my order. Usually they’ll put spicy ketchup with the order but this time nothing. I let that go whatever. When I got home with all the food I preceded to open my favorite burger “avocado bacon burger” which I sadly discovered had no avocado. After this experience I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money in whataburger. I’ll just look for a In and out since they seem to have better costumer service and staff.

After dining at this Whataburger I haven't eaten there ever since because it was was so disgusting to me that it left a bad taste in my mouth from it. I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and it was as dry as a Sahara Desert not to mention that the burger bun was damn near hard as a rock, so I I told the manager that the service wasn't good and he was going to replace the burger so when I went to get the replacement Burger he gave me a sandwich that was so wet and Soggy that even though bun on it was squishy which of course made it have an unappealing texture also. Hopefully I'll be able to get over the experience within another 6 months from now at the most and maybe I might be able to enjoy another Whataburger at that time but until then I'm still not eating there because of this one location. Kudos you on experience Burger makers

We got breakfast at 2 in the morning. Ordered biscuit n gravy, pancakes with bacon, potato and egg taquitos, they by the way don't look like what's on the screen. Also a spicy chicken meal. Everything tasted good and was fresh. If you haven't tried their spicy ketchups I recommend them. The new spicy ketchup with the white top is limited batch #2 with hot sauce. The other is their regular spicy ketchup and has a black top.

It's 40 degrees outside and Rachel says that's it's ok for employees to be outside taking orders and there's no line at all. I've waited in line here for an order for 20 minutes on a fair and sunny day! Ridiculous. Her response was they have hand warmers.... Nope, not with those white plastic gloves on. It's a shame and inhumane to have people standing outside in Texas in the freezing wind and cold for order taking and there's literally no line! Way to go management. Would love to see you outside doing this. And then after giving me an attitude about her just getting on to work, I get handed cold 🍟 s. I mean really Manager Rachel, it's completely ok to have people outside in the cold to 'expedite' orders and you, the "manager" still inside handing out cold food! This is perfection done absolutely wrong.

Short staffed, took 35 min Cold fries, order error. Cashier handling food not washing hands. Napkin shortage.
