Sonic Drive-in

I would give 1/50th star if possible..or -200 stars. THEY NEVER GIVE YOU THE CONDIMENTS YOU ASK FOR. THE ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG. the only reason I go there, is because it’s close. Ordered no mayonnaise, got Mayo, paid for extra marinara, got 1, requested 6 mustards, got 2. Every single time. I strongly urge you to leave terrible reviews for their terrible service. North Loop Sonic has ALWAYS been the best.. even when I worked there from 00-07.

Went to this location on a quick trip out ordered through the app a slushy a blast and a shake. The blast only had candy sprinkled on the top. Hardly anything mixed in to the ice cream that was very vanilla , they didn’t even give us a shake they gave 2 blasts. When we called back to the car to report the wrong order they took the icecream my kids were sitting to throw away in the trash. Now I’d understand if I had been rude, I’d understand if we were served what we ordered and claimed it wasn’t good. But when I have a receipt and the store gave me the wrong order and they are going to throw it away anyway why would you take it away from a kid just to trash it ? Especially when we had to sit around waiting for someone else mistake you be correct ?

They messed up my order and forgot several items I called and explained from the car what happened, the young manger kid basically called me a liar and to shut me up he would give me 1 hotdogs, (the shorted 2 foot long 1reg) I explained I have a dash cam to show he they never brought and hotdogs and 1big bag one small bag not even close to being large enough for my order. I understand it was raining and they were hurrying and made a mistake on camera blame Customers. I called sonic main office no reply no reply from managers. They obviously support treating customers that way, and if you stole from them they would call the cops, but they forgot(steal) to give me over 20$ >, food it's a non fixable mistake.... the fact corporate sonic don't care enough about there customers to return several concerns we had and they support shorting customers food charging for it to bring profits up, leaving customers broke and hungry! There is s special place in hell for people like that.

Unsanitary. I go in just about daily for Route 44 cups of ice and I have noticed a few things 1. I always ask for their crushed ice from the back and that’s not what I get. 2. The cups on my last 2 visits have been filthy on the inside and I’ve had to toss them. Tonight O found a whole lid in the middle of my cup. There’s no way the person that filled the cup didn’t notice there was an entire lid in the cup! The other day I had to toss a cup because a dead fly was in it. I’m not sure if it’s being purposely done as I am a repeat customer but I will never order so much as a peppermint from this nasty, unsanitary place again.
