•Variety of food & drinks (Adjustments allowed to either). Accommodations for allergies, let them know. Drinks one size only. Ask about drink samples. Sugar & ice level is less to none. (Extra charge only for ice less, see pic) Boba is homemade and fresh.
•Tried Pandan Waffle with Coconut Flakes, House Special Pork sandwiches, Vegetarian sandwich with avocado - no tofu (not on menu, requested), Butter Cookie smoothie, Mango smoothie, Assam Milk Tea, & Taro Coconut Milk Tea (not on menu, requested). Everything was delicious.
•Definitely recommend, plenty of seating inside for dine-in, options for take out, and call ahead to pick up.

I want to give 4 stars and a half but that option doesn’t work. I got jasmine milktea with boba and flan topping. The drink was awesome. I love the tea they used. It had been a long time since I can have a jasmine milktea that actually smells jasmine and tastes like tea to me.
Big plus was they used real Vietnamese style flan to put in my drink.
The only reason why I didn’t put 5 star was their sandwich protein. I had tried the pork roll and house special pork. Not my things. I will try other options on their menu next time.

Jasmine milk tea with orange bursting boba balls. I got the House social pork sandwich 😍 omg I use to come here in college for lunch or to study and it’s still amazing. The prices are fare and quality is spectacular. It’s called Tea Hive now but still looks the same.

Welcome to Tea Hive! A beautiful Minimalistic Ambient. Calm environment perfect for studying and/or reading. The teas are DELICIOUS they have so much natural flavor. My favorite by far is the Jasmine Milk tea with Lychee Popping Bobba. The Green Tea Thai tea is another favorite drink of mine. I highly recommend ! The Waffles with coconut flakes are a DELISH! And the Spicy Kugogi Noodles is super tasty too. (Order with sauce on the side so you can add spicy as you wish!)

Friendly staff, great drinks. Strawberry tea with tapioca pearls is my go to- as I'm sure they probably know by now lol.
I was tentative about the fish balls, but they're really good! Still need to try more food items, I usually only go as a drink stop before class.
My request is please add green apple green tea to the menu!! It would be so good!! Thank y'all for being there.

This place was great. I got a flavored tea with boba and the Tofu bowl. The tea was excellent and the boba is the perfect texture. The fou bowl was also really good. Super filling for the price. Also the staff was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed my first visit here.
