Bojangles'

Always fresh food and friendly people working here. It's my favorite Bojangles. The employees are working so hard and staying positive despite supply issues they cannot help. I really appreciate the kindness. For a chicken place, they have great sausage biscuits! 😋 Love their Bo-rounds also. Always great prices.

I frequent this Bojangles often at least a couple of times a week because it's my son's go to meal. But over the last several times I've been here, the service hasn't been up to par. Today was the kicker for me, I pulled up to the speaker to be greeted "What can I get for you"? I placed the first order and my second order was a 3 wing dinner, employee response "You can't get the 3 wing dinner". Ok, what wing can I get, "we don't have any wings we're out". Why not lead with that?? The bad part is the one that's taking the order is usually not the one taking the money and you can't address that person. I think this particular location lacks customer service. If there was another location near me, I would go there. I hope they get it together. P.S At least the food was correct and fresh.

Food was good. Including fries, bos chicken sandwich and more. Kids liked their food. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the wait in drive thru was crazy. Even when we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. After about 5-8 minutes of still waiting we almost left. It may have to do with understaffed or backed up kitchen I don't know. But the whole time in the drive thru was crazy. Again food was good, though they gave us the wrong sauce. People working here were ok.

The restaurant was clean and the workers are friendly enough. Their new chicken sandwiches are terrible now. It's like all breading and no chicken. Also, it's supposed to be a piece of chicken on a sandwich and it's like a big hunk of chicken. I highly doubt that they cut the chicken and put the breading on it at the restaurant. It sounds more like a supplier issue.

Update 3/2/22. Waited over minutes in the dining room and no one offered to take our order. When we finally asked if they were serving dining in customers, she said yes but they were busy with the drive thru. Guess they still don't have adequate supervision. Needless to say we didn't hang around for the drive thru to clear. This place is going downhill. Too much playing going on among employees. More or adequate supervision would go a long way.
