Unorganized. Came here for a delivery that was only one sandwich and the store didn't even get it started while helping other customers. This is extremely frustrating because doordash and other deliveries should be priority! Wasting time is exactly like throwing away my money. So unprofessional /unacceptable! This place really needs to step up their game! Very very very disappointed in this Subway! On top of all that she said only a few minutes not over ten! They should be truthful about being really late and explain!!

I go to Subway several times a week and I can say with confidence that this is the best one for miles around. The store is clean, the staff are all really nice, they don't skimp on toppings, and they're fast. They also accept coupons (which a lot of Subways don't). Be nice to them they are always on their game even when there's a new person.

Considering that they only had one lady working by herself. She did an amazing job we tipped her. However shame on the management to let that poor lady do it all. You better get her a fat raise

The young lady who made our sandwiches was great. She was friendly and engaging. I'm big on looking a customer in the eye. I felt as if she was genuinely interested in ensuring we were happy with our order...and we were!

Needed lunch for 30 the next day. Called the store and got a message from the owner about how best to get it done. Everything went perfectly!
Process was smooth, food was great, service was flawless.
Definitely a top choice for where to have a meal in central Concord.
