I generally like the food but won't be going to the Clayton, CA, store anymore because they don't refill the bowls when they run out. They only refill when a cutomer asks & has to wait an extra 10 minutes to cook it - after waiting in line10-20 minutes! During ALL operating hours, they should automatically refill when running out. Even just before running out. MANAGE IT BETTER! Just make sure all the items are ALWAYS in-place - even if it's only a 1/2 bag full.

Trinity was rude and had an aggressive attitude. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I responded with "Can I have sweet and sour sauce?" She then raised her voice and asked me again if I wanted anything to drink and rolled her eyes. She then said, "I can't give you sweet and sour suace." with no explanation. I get it, asking repetitive questions can be annoying but why does she have to be so rude about it? Maybe they were out of sweet and sour sauce, who knows, and that's fine, but why be so rude about it? She could have just said we don't have any at the moment without the eye rolling and I wouldn't have had a problem with it. But she decided to be rude instead. Over a simple question.

Today's 5-16-22 time 11am it's only 1 youth white male working as food served/cashier total of 3 people they don't have much selections no chicken teriyaki or orange chicken and more their fried rice is super hard i almost broke a teeth, long line we are never coming back here ridiculous i should have asked for a full refund

I went last night in order dinner a plate and the individuals that were in front of me were Caucasian male and female couple I myself am a Hispanic so the lady serve them big a Normas plates overfilling and when she came to me and asked me for my plate she barely wanted to put noodles I got half a piece of teriyaki chicken in a spoon shaking of the super greens I didn’t think nothing of it until I watched the two Caucasian male and female behind the counter the workers give every single male and female Caucasian enormous plates the gentleman behind me ordered the same meal and he received 2 1/2 pieces of the teriyaki chicken I watch the gentleman the Caucasian male behind the counter chop it up this wasn’t one two or three it was each individual that was in there that was Caucasian male or female I’m not pulling no race card I don’t want nothing from you people but it needs to be fair
