It's a really lovely pub in the heart of Compton village. The food is really great (price to quality feels spot on). Our children (4 and 8) ate all their food, which is always a good sign. There is a good selection of beers and it's great setting to enjoy them within (especially with the sun trap garden and a slide for the children).

I was looking for somewhere to stay local to where I was working, and am glad I found the Foinavon. The room was big and clean with a really comfortable bed, the food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast, and the staff were helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, or just to eat, I’d highly recommend it!

The Pub and accommodation is run by fantastic people. Every occasion I visit there is a warm and friendly greeting and all food, drinks and service is great!
This is a well run pub, perfect for locals and passers by alike!! Keep up the great work, and see you again soon! Be sure to book a room if staying in the area! On our recent visit, there was a family disco and BBQ, which was enjoyed by my family and I.

A lovely pub with nicely decorated rooms, they have put lots of attention to details that definitely don’t go unnoticed. The food was absolutely fantastic! But the biggest star goes to the hosts, everyone was very pleasant and went an extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. We felt very much welcomed indeed
