Mcdonald's

The service was slow. I came to use the bathroom and while visiting i decided to purchase 2 sprites & 1 cookie. The order alone took 10-15 minutes (yes for two drinks)… i waited patiently. finally after 10-15 minutes i asked one of the cashiers about my order… he proceeds to go to the back and say loudly “HEY THIS LADY KEEPS BUGGING ME ABOUT HER ORDER” mind you this was my first time asking. Luckily a customer near spoke up and expressed how this was indeed his job and i had not bugged him and that the entire restaurant heard what he said…. WOW! This is how you treats customers?

I’m literally waiting in the drive thru writing this review. The drive thru attendant was extremely rude. It was a woman with short hair. come to the window and she doesn’t say a word for at LEAST a minute. We say, “Hello” and she says “Gimme a second” and then takes the next persons order that pulls up in the drive thru AFTER US! THEN, to make matters worse, I paid for TWO 6pc nuggets and got a 6pc and a 4pc 🤔 Won’t be coming here again.

I hate to affect local businesses in a negative way becouse I know they are not the creators of these unhealthy feeders plus they employ local people whom may otherwise not be employable, but at some point you all have to be held accountable for your participation in these cheap fast food hazardous, irresponsible business practices which are causing massive health risks especially for our communities with lower income families. From now on, I shall consider the health factor when posting my reviews. And will grade accordingly.

young black men tend to stand in outside in front waiting to steal ur jewlery, cell phones and harrass young women that can't fight back ...causing people to not even wanna go their anymore......also this McDonalds take way too long to order the drive thru is ur worst nitemare ...they take forever to take ur order they take forever to make ur food something must be done this is not right their manager need to get retrained or fired ...total five stars down hill dont come here is my suggestion

By far the worst McDonald's in Compton. You have to repeat your order more than twice because employees are chatting amongst themselves and not paying attention to you. I always ask for fresh fries because they RE-FRY the old ones when they just sit there. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and got pink meat, I went back and told them my meat was pink and they asked me if I wanted my meat well done? To my knowledge this place is not a steak house, this was ridiculous. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, all staff here needs immediate training. Every time I go inside I have to wait in the front because more than 5 times they didn't call my number until I noticed my tray sitting there with my cold food.
