Order a 14 pcs. Family meal extra crispy. Got original and since I cant tolerate some spices went back. They didnt have enough extra crispy but heard the cashier tell another worker that i said i could t eat it. Making fun of me. Found that so disrespectful. Got my money back.

Customer service was awesome the people were very friendly but the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. My crispy fried chicken wasn't even crunchy it was very soft I don't know how to explain it I guess it's because the reading wasn't completely cooked.

Cashier was helping a customer that was paying. I was next behind her. Once their transaction finish, cashier walked away, didn't even acknowledge, didn't even say I will be right back, she just walked away. Stand there for about 10 min before she came back. Two other customers came in and couldn't believe that they would walk pass the register and wouldn't even acknowledge, any eye contact or anything. Horrible service.. by the way the cashier was Elizabeth.. smh

Went into order food when you get to the window to pay she tells you they out of biscuits and they cannot substitute it with anything else poor service ghetto

chicken is great I only took out for delivery but I tasted this place before I highly recommend it and the ladies that work here are very professional have you in and out with your food in no time highly recommend this place for dinner

I'm not understanding this Establishment.I, asked for a 4 piece meal,all legs,she told me,I can't have 4 legs because I'm taking from other orders.I Order the Meal Several times before no problem. I've Always pulled over, And waited for my legs, if they didn't have any, Nobody else do that but me. Question is this right? You have lost a loyal customer

BAD BAD BAD customer service. But like my son said..it's our fault for coming to this KFC where we already know they have bad customer service. What can we expect from the cashiers if the supervisors have lack of customer service and professionalism. We had to go back 2 times!! First they forgot my biscuits, but it's a thing already. They always forget them or short them. Then they forgot my fries on my chicken sandwich COMBO!! So we had to go back again. And the cashier and supervisor didn't even apologize, they talked to us with an attitude, like if it was us getting the order wrong. They just throw everything in the window and walk away. Look I understand you guys are tired and want to go home. But while you are in the clock you have to do your job right and have good customer service. I hope the manager from this KFC sees this review and does something about it.

I can't believed!! There's no chicken tenders ready, Me and my Family have to wait 15 mins!!!!!
Looks like no body is in charge, please don't waste your time coming here, an extra side DON'T PAY FOR YOUR TIME.
