NEVER GOING BACK be aware this woman was working drive thru and tried to steal my money I handed her a 10 dollar bill and she handed me 1 dollar and some change back I told her my drink was only 3.99 why do I only have a dollar she said I only gave her 5 dollars she literally argued me down about my money I handed her. I wouldn't go to this one every time it's something with my drink either being to sweet or no sugar at all and now it's my money and when a manager came and said let me check the drawer she said she put the 10 dollars where the 5s are supposed to go be AWARE I only come here because it's close to my home I work from home but I will go to Starbucks from now on I will take that drive instead of being mistreated and stole from. I am pretty sure this hasn't been the first time this happen to someone they way she acted and was very convincing that I handed her 5 with a straight face

Placed an order in the app to be picked up in store.. when I got there the doors were locked and they had a hang written sign in small letter saying “drive thru only” so I got in the drive thru line. I would left if I didn’t already paid $10 for my meal. But I sat in the drive through like for 28 mins. Got to the window.. my coffee was completely made wrong, they kept coming to the window telling me they I don’t have anything.. they were rude and just nasty to me. I will never return to this location

Placed an order for the creature creations. Instead of telling me they only have one creature, they let me order all of them to inform they only have one kind. Then asked me what kind of ice cream. I began to name the requested flavors only to be told they o lying have vanilla. Why ask me what I want if you only have vanilla?!?! Finally received 3 vanilla dolphin creature creations only for the animal shape to taste like straight candle wax!! It would've been nice to know that they were not edible.

So I'm curious when is it ok for the Gm Terry to cash a employees check without their signature or permission? I didn't accept the money from him because it was not ok for him to cash my check.Then he tells the police he don't want me on the property just so he could spend the rest of my check and I couldn't come question him about it.When I am finally able to reach out to him to tell him to give my money to a friend of mine that works there he lies and says I owed Dunkin donuts the money.But I really didn't. Isn't this considered THEFT? And this is who Dunkin donuts have representing them???? Ijs....We all know he put that money in his pocket.Since I can't go talk to anyone I have to communicate here.
