Panera Bread

This place has one of the most relaxing atmospheres around. The booths are really comfortable. The staff here couldn't be more friendly and kind. The food is absolutely delicious! I had got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and it was outstanding. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the bread......the bread is crispy on the out side while the inside is hot and aerie. You can't go wrong with getting one of there many pastries. Not to mention, they also serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I will definitely be returning for more.

first time me and my wife dine at this establishment and we truly enjoyed the food! The menu is so contemporary; love the variety of Sandwich choices and their side particularly the soups are delicious....freshness seems to be their priority.......we have eaten here several times before this posting and they all have been really good...the only area that needs some attention is the sanitation. The store located on Macon Road was very clean and well stocked (Beverage Counter). However the one located off Whittlesey Road was not; drink station, floors, tables & chairs were not clean and the entire dining area was in disarray. From where me and my wife was sitting you can see underneath the beverage counter and it looked as if it had not been swept or mopped in quite a while.....all in all good food and good service.

Went through the drive through this morning for a bagel and asked for a pup cup. The manager said the don’t do that anymore… NO BIG DEAL. Then she proceeded to tell me that if i buy a latte i can have have a pup cup with the whip cream. So ok I ordered a latte that i did not want. Got to the window. Took the lady 10 minutes to open the window MY LATTE AND BAGEL WERE COLD. She handed me pup cup with (i kid you not) a quarter sized squirt for my dog. Was rude to me and proceeded to tell me that the pup cup was a ONE TIME COURTESY! You made me pay for a cold latte for this!! A latte that i did not want! This Panera used to be nice years ago. I will not be back. Shame one the manager!!

Very noisy, yes I know it's a restaurant, what did I expect. I did not order anything to eat, just a drink. My friend ordered a sandwich, the bread was so tuff she ended up having to cut up her sandwich and use a fork. I never cared for sour dough bread. The service people were very polite. The restaurant was very clean. The issue with my friend's sandwich, is the reason for four stars.
