Sharks Fish And Chicken

I always love going to Shark’s! I’ve recently been trying to eat healthy and ordered the grilled chicken salad and we’ll a slice of lemon cake for dessert lol! The wait was pretty long since they were busy and make the food to order so no biggie ! The flavor was good as usual, this was my first time ordering this from here vs the fried catfish I typically get. Definitely recommend 🙏🏾

First time going here...meh....it was ok. Ordered the combo where you pick two items, got the wings and catfish nuggets. The food wasn't nasty, but not the best. It tasted like the fries and meats were fried at the same time together. Fries are my favorite so when those aren't the best, it makes my meal not so enjoyable. Wings were cooked right and seasoned. The fish was seasoned fine, just some parts of the fish were crispy and other parts the skin was soggyish...not a consistent cook on the fish. Customer service was so so...the young pregnant girl taking money wasn't too pleasant, she needs to work on her customer service skills especially if she's going to interact with customers. If I go back I'll probably just order chicken and maybe try another side dish instead of french fries.

If you don’t mind waiting for good food, this is the place to go. I also like that they have a drive thru if you don’t feel like going inside. Be warned though, the prices are not up to date in their drive thru. I ordered a catfish filet dinner which was supposed to be $11.99, and when I went to pay I was told my total is almost $18. The food is good and they give good portions but when I pay that much (not even including a drink) I expect to get a little more out of it.

Food and Service was HORRIBLE! The cashier is not not knowledgable in the Drive Thru. Fried Rice tasted sweet, catfish greasy and tasteless, chicken wings flavorless, and fries sucked. Order was not accurate. Tried speaking with manager, but was accomadating or concerned about our concerns. He was very nonchalant. Our family and will not partonize this establishment EVER!!!
