Great service, amazing food, friendly staff, and SO good! The Aji Verde sauce was addicting, and the hummus…I have no words. AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE Nazca Peruvian Eats!

We had their food while at Parsons North Brewing Company. Their Lomo vegetarian option with portabella mushrooms was fantastic. The Yuca fries are amazing. Very good value for the quality of food. One of the best vegetarian dishes we've ever had.

We had the taquenos, la brasa roll, and the pollo a la brasa with yuca fries. Everything was delicious!
The taquenos were nice and savory. Dipped into the guacamole made it amazingly delicious. The chicken in the la brasa roll was perfectly seasoned. Sad it only came with two! I could have devoured at least six.
The pollo a la brasa was mind blowing my good! A full half chicken nicely roasted and super tender. The flavor was so complete that I didn’t even need the sauces (which were also amazing by the way.) The side of yuca fries were great too. They were nice and thick; super crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside.
Would definitely recommend if the food truck is in your area! You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious! We tried bothe the Lomo and Vegetarian Saltado and the Yuca fries. Beef was tender. Seasonings were amazing. Fries were excellent.
