Subway

I had never been to this Subway before but I've had a hankering for it so I've gone the last 2 days in a row. The 2 gentleman that helped me (I wish I remembered their names) were very pleasant, and chatted up a storm with me without compromising on the speed or quality of their work. They deserve some praise, they're perfect examples of what great customer service looks like!

Being from out of town I realized there were few options for lunch. I chose Subway looking for a lighter lunch. I watched the customer in front of me order his sandwich and witnessed a couple of flies flying around preparation area around veggies. He seemed unconcerned so I relaxed a little. The worker nonchalantly swats them away, the customer unfazed. I hope for the best and go ahead and order mine. The flies miraculously multiply and I'm watching at least 5 of them flying around my bread, landing on the lettuce. Noone seems to notice, no big deal. I just couldn't. I was done. I had only chosen my bread type at that point so I bailed. As I walked out I hear "she didn't want it because of the flies". The sign out front stated "under new management" so I can only imagine how much better things have gotten

We didn't eat it there but when we got home to eat it had a very odd smell.. the cheese which was shredded had an old taste.. the bread was very tough and hard to chew and the meatballs were definitely borderline BAD.. don't think we'll be back and we also rode pass it that following Friday night at 7:30 and it was already closed.. strange for a Friday night

This Subway is absolutely horrible. They usually only have one employee working during dinner hours. Never have any bread made. The Coke machine was all out of order. Didn't even have sweet tea made. Very rarely do I leave a bad review but this is not acceptable. For a store manager to leave one person to make the food, cash people out, check the drinks, close the store all by themselves. That is piss poor management skills.

This has been my third time in the past month going in to this Subway. Yet, again I was disappointed. I wanted Italian herbs and cheese bread and what I was given looked like white bread. The poor guy in front of me struggled getting the woman to check him out, having to repeat himself over and over again until she finally got him checked out. The woman checking people out then let another woman cut in front of me to buy drinks. I then had to repeat myself over and over again so she got me rang up properly. Definitely won't be back since this has been 3 for 3 bad experiences for me.

Sandwiches and customer service actually wasn't that bad but...pretty much everything else was though. The worker didn't know what was in the new sandwiches advertised, their toaster was out, there was a dying bug in my seat, the womens restroom was locked up, the mens restroom was disgusting, and all of their drinks were watered down to the point they were all just different shades of water.
