Boire has been on my must visit list for ages... we went for dessert and I am sad to say I was pretty uninspired. The creme caramel was fine, it looked like it was going to taste amazing but it was a flavour letdown... not rich and creamy as expected. We also had a chocolate terrine with banana cake and chocolate ice cream. Again it was a bit of a dull taste experience. I wanted so much more from this little visit. For $28 for two desserts I really expected more.
The staff were friendly but not super attentive.
Boire is certainly a funky French Bistro with great atmosphere but with so many amazing restaurants in the area, I won't be rushing back in a hurry.

Simple but lovely food. Apparently its all about the wine, but the food was awesome. Oh, and the gateau was out of this world.
