Ihop

We waited almost an hour if not an hour for our food. How long does it take to cook some pancakes, eggs, and bacon?....There was a family there with a crying toddler who cried and cried and cried for I don't know how long. The family of the toddler pretended as though they didn't hear all that damn hollering....This was THE WORST IHOP experience I've ever had! I eat at IHOP often but won't be eating at this location EVER AGAIN! And let me not forget we saw a BABY ROACH on our table and crawled up the wall right before we left....SMH. Never Again!!!😡😡😡

My family and I visited this IHOP last year and had a terrible experience. The food was good, but the service was amazingly slow. We had heard that new management and staff had been put in place so we decided to try it again. Whatever they changed worked, as our service was wonderful. The wait staff were all very friendly, greeting us warmly, attentive to our needs, and saying good-bye as we were leaving. Thanks, IHOP staff, for a wonderful evening.

Lunch time crowd, they only had 3 servers, according my server. If you stayed long enough (more than 15 minutes) you can order a drink. Do not let the server leave without your order when she brings the drinks or you may not eat. After another 28 minutes, someone's order was delivered at my table. When they finally fixed my order, it was all cold. You can't complain because you won't see your server again. 10 minutes after finishing my food, she brought the check. I had a ham & cheese omelet with pancakes. The food was a joke. The pancakes were silver dollar size but less than an 1/8 inch thick. The manager should be fired!

I went there on Christmas Day for dinner, and had two coupons. The waitress that was serving us seemed very irritated when I told her we had coupons for our meals, and then told us that "IHOP coupons don't count on holidays" and refused to take them. This is one of the many bad encounters with the staff here. In the fall, there was only one chef in the kitchen, and she was coughing and sneezing extremely loud on all the food she was cooking, and we could see her doing it from out in the restaurant seating area. It got to the point where it was so bad, that after about 45 minutes of waiting for two omelettes, we paid for our food that still hadn't come, and left because it was so gross.
