Bonefish Grill

I called to book reservations and also online no one ever contacted me to reserve. I had to make a trip to come in the restaurant to try to book reservations of 2 parties of 6. Hunter told me we could not sit in the same section that it would be to much on the waitress and we would have to sit in separate sections. That clearly does not make sense because if another party separate from us came in they would be seated and served. Hunter was not helpful at all. I am very disappointed in the service I revised today and your Company has loss over a 1000 dollars of 2 parties of 6.

First let me say I've always had a great experience with all of the Bonefish restaurants, so maybe this was just an off night for this location. We ordered one of the appetizer specials, shrimp caprese dip, and when we got it, it was so salty we couldn't even eat it, our waiter did offer another appetizer and did take that one off of our bill. We ordered as our entree the Oscar Grouper with lemon butter glaze and when we got it, it was so cold the butter on it wasn't even melted! I will say the Key lime cake we ordered to go, was awesome! We were really looking forward to a great meal at the Bonefish Grill like we usually experience, but not tonight, may have just been an off night for them.

Came here for happy hour with friends to celebrate a birthday. We arrived around 5 and was able to be seated quickly. Our server was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. The only thing we ordered from their happy hour was the Blueberry Lemon Drop martini. Everything else was from their dinner menu. We all ordered the Blueberry Lemon Drop martini and it was a delicious drink! The sugar rim really set the drink off and it was mixed perfectly. For second rounds, some kept the same drink but I ordered a classic martini, The Cosmo. No complaints about that and loved the infused ice cube. For food, I ordered the Blackened Baja Fish Tacos (came with fries) and Mussels. The Mussels were nicely steamed with a sweet wine sauce. I would definitely order this again! The fish tacos were ok but I did like the mango salsa that it was topped with. I tried one of my friend’s Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and I actually didn’t like it but they seemed to enjoy them. I would definitely come back and try other dishes but ordering the Mussels will be an occurrence for me!
