Dunkin'

Always get my order wrong and it's a very simple order hit coffee, cream and sugar. My drink is always missing the sugar or it has just a drop of cream. Also has gotten extremely expensive almost 4 bucks a xl coffee that is not even made correctly. If it is done correctly than is usually about a 1/4 " of grinds in the bottom of the cup.

I ordered a small iced machiato with a shot of caramel today. My drink was not filled all the way. I paid full price, but did not receive a full product. I took a photo of the unmixed and undisturbed iced machiato that I received. As the pic shows, I did not take any sips and the machiato was still intact when I took the pic. Not only was it under-filled, it also looked gross.

This Dunkin is one of the absolute worst of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to…and that says a lot because I’m all Dunkin all the time and have been to different Dunkin locations all along the east coast. Constantly closing early, by more than a half hour. When I do actually get to order it’s 85% of the time done wrong. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful…not a good look for a business at all. Whoever the manager is, your crew desperately needs training on customer service, and how to actually make the different coffees that are offered on the menu. Just a suggestion anyway!

I am a fan of dunkin and think they have some decent food. However this location has a lack of staffing and as a result on weekends the line all day is incredibly long and the lines during rush hour is even worse. The staff problem is bad but the food is still good and dunkin is still one of the better higher end of the fast food list.

Not sure why I EVER rated this place of business 5 stupid stars! They are the most unorganized, unprofessional, set of high school kids I’ve ever encountered! I waited over 25 minutes in line for an order of HASHBROWNS and uncooked bacon. I apologize to the line of 12 people behind me waiting for them to complete my order. I Will NOT return.
